SANCTION & INSURANCE INFORMATION
TYBA accepts all Insurances – BPA, Little League, Dizzy Dean, ASA, etc. You must present proof of Insurance to participate in any TYBA tournaments.
You will be required to send in the proof of insurance and must be up to date,
if you do not have Team Insurance you may purchase Insurance from T.Y.B.A.
$ 85.00 TEAM INSURANCE thru T.Y.B.A. Effective thru 3/1/24 – 2/28/25
$ 30.00 SANCTION FEE –Is NON – REFUNDABLE once payment has been processed & the Official TYBA Roster Affidavit,
COVID -19, Medical Release Forms have been sent to you, as the required forms needed in order to participate in any TYBA Tournaments.
You will receive an email with the instructions of all forms and the dates forms are due, in order to be approved to be placed on the brackets for any of the tournaments.
Deadline for paperwork is the Wednesday of the week the tournament is scheduled by 6:00 p.m. to have all paperwork into Tammy with TYBA for approval to be placed on the brackets.
* These forms are legal documents and all must be filled out with Player’s Name &
Date of Birth – Parent’s signature, and Relationship for each player of the team.
TYBA will not accept any other roster forms from other sanctions,
handwritten roster forms, or any forged documents for any participating teams.
